The Fabshaping platform is operated by Beauty Holdings Australia Pty Ltd (we, us, our). By using the Fabshaping platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Role

Fabshaping is a digital platform that enables users to:

Learn and discover medical aesthetic treatments
Become more informed about which Aesthetic Energy Device is best used for treatment of areas of concern
Make bookings with participating health professionals for consultations and treatments
Receive communications related to their bookings

Fabshaping does not provide medical advice, treatments or healthcare services unless explicitly stated. Healthcare services are provided by independent participating clinics and health professionals listed on the Fabshaping platform.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Update information if it changes
Use the platform lawfully
Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise platform security

Providing inaccurate health information may affect service eligibility.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking availability, cancellation terms, and refund policies may vary depending on the health professional or this Fabshaping platform service.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Information provided through the Fabshaping platform is general in nature and does not replace any medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding diagnosis or medical / aesthetic treatment options and decisions.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to ensure reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fabshaping is not responsible for clinical decisions, treatment, or outcomes provided by any listed health professionals.
Our liability for platform services is limited to; resupplying device information from manufacturers and distributors, booking availability of services by health professionals and clinics and any associated range of costs for treatments.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
