Beauty Holdings Australia Pty Ltd (we, us, our) operates the Fabshaping platform, a digital booking and medical aesthetic educational platform that connects consumers with participating, listed health professionals and clinics across Australia.

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Listed, participating health professionals and clinics are independent healthcare providers and have their own privacy obligations under Australian law.

2. Our Privacy Role

We collect and manage personal and / or treatment information to:

  • Operate our booking platform
  • Support participating health professionals in delivering healthcare services to consumers who book through the platform
  • Communicate with you about bookings and treatments
  • Improve and develop our services

Participating health professionals independently collect and manage information for the purpose of providing healthcare services, making treatment decisions, and meeting professional and regulatory obligations.

We and participating health professionals each have separate privacy responsibilities.

Depending on your interaction with our Fabshaping platform, we may collect:

  • Booking and treatment details

Where relevant to your booking:

  • Treatment history relevant to the service

  • Make a booking
  • Complete any forms or health questionnaires in advance of a treatment
  • Communicate with us or a participating health professional via the platform
